OUR FRAMEWORK
Our company's roots are in construction. As former structural wood rough framing contractors, we have over 20 years of expansive knowledge and experience in the industry. If you have ever been in the construction industry, you know it can be a bit of a rollercoaster. There are highs where everyone looks successful, and lows where you are scrambling around finding funding to keep your business afloat. As all successful business owners know, it’s your ability to weather the storms that make or break you.
OUR VISION
In the mid 2000's, pretty much everyone was making money hand over fist. Most had more business than they could handle, but who was complaining? All of a sudden 2008 came, and when the housing market crashed, it brought everything else with it. Days before beginning a large hotel project, the traditional factoring company we hired, bailed. In the coming weeks, our CEO bootstrapped and borrowed from friends and family to get the project finished. Our company understands the cash flow crunch that subcontractors experience in all markets, as we lived it first hand. Knowing that there must be a better way to solve the cash flow problem that almost all subcontractors face, our journey began.
